Forward once. ParentDeck sorts the rest.

Set up forwarding once in Gmail, iCloud, or Outlook.com. From then on, school, team, and activity email goes to your family’s private ParentDeck address, and every item lands under the right kid.

How does my school email get to ParentDeck?

You set up forwarding once in your own email account. ParentDeck gives you the list of school, team, and activity senders to forward, based on your kids’ schools and activities. Add any it missed.

  • Gmail: download one filter file from ParentDeck and import it on a computer. It covers every sender in one step.
  • iCloud: make one rule per sender, on your iPhone or at icloud.com. Not in Mail on a Mac, because those rules only run while your Mac is awake and Mail is open.
  • Outlook.com: make one rule that lists each sender.

Nothing changes inside ParentSquare, Infinite Campus, or any other school app. If your forwarded email stops arriving for five school days, ParentDeck shows a notice in the app and emails the parent who set up forwarding.

How does it know which kid each item is for?

ParentDeck reads each email and puts every item under the kid it’s about. When something is for the whole family, like a school closing, it goes under Everyone.

One newsletter can hold a permission slip and picture day for one kid and an early dismissal for the whole family. Each item lands in the right place.

One email, three items, each under the right kid or Everyone. An example family.

What do I see when I open it?

What needs action, what’s happening today, and what’s coming up, sorted by kid. A family with three kids in three schools sees one clear list instead of a dozen apps and inboxes.

Does it work with my school calendar?

Yes. Events show on ParentDeck’s calendar next to your school district’s calendar, and you can add a team or activity calendar link too. When an email repeats an event on your school calendar, the calendar shows it once.

What is the morning email?

If you want it, a short email arrives at 6 AM with the day ahead. Each parent turns it on for themselves, and every morning email has a one-tap link to turn it off.

What if it gets something wrong?

Move the item to the right kid, and tell ParentDeck to always sort that sender, or that team, to that kid. Tell it once, it remembers.

Can the rest of the family use it?

Yes. The parent who set up the household can invite a partner, co-parent, or other family member, in Settings under Your household. Up to four people can share one household. Each signs in with their own email, and everyone sees the same items.

What happens to our email?
